Move this week Vol 2

A stomach bug that showed up in the middle of my 5K Saturday derailed my weekend, and my early morning spinning plans today.

I would like to say that I got extra sleep, but I didn't.  Wide awake at 5am.

Stupid internal alarm clock!!

Same game plan for this week, although tomorrow night's masters swim practice is supposed to be some brutal holiday tradition.

Sunday...Rest (or move from couch to bathroom.  Wipe, flush, disinfect, repeat)
Monday...WAS supposed to be Spinning and weights...NOW it's just survival...

Tuesday...Pilates; Masters Swim Practice
Wednesday...Spinning, weights
Thursday...Pilates, Swim on my own
Friday...Spinning, weights
Saturday...Run/Walk 4  

Good times.
